The goal of the Senior Connect program is to coordinate services to meet needs that help seniors live independently in the community with services that are flexible and tailored. These service are assessed andevaluated by highly trained, professional staff who have the support of huindreds of caring community volunteers. This is a unique model that will best addresses needs most cost effectively.

Volunteer services is our fastest growing program Volunteers assist with food delivery, yard care, home repair, friendly visiting and special projects. These services may seem incidental to those of us who leave the house daily and have family support. However, they can have a significant impact on an isolated older adult who can remain in their home.

Senior Connect has a range of services  that begins with simple information and referral to community resources; progresses to providing volunteer servicesor support service and often ends with individual care management. We coordinate services with other agencies and maintain ongoing contact with clients who need intensive assistance, providing support with the large or small obstacles that aging presents.
